100 minutes unable to settle the score, as New Jersey men's soccer team plays to a 0-0 tie with Washington Adventist on Saturday evening

The Berkeley College New Jersey men's soccer team is still searching for its first victory of the 2018 season, as the Knights and the Washington Adventist Shock played 100 minutes of scoreless soccer on Saturday evening, resulting in a 0-0 final score.

Berkeley's defense has been stellar in the first two games of its 2018 campaign, but the offense has been unable to kick into gear thus far. The Knights out-shot Washington Adventist by a count of 15-11 on the night, but were unable to find the back of the net against Shock goaltender William Benitez, who stopped eight shots.

Knights netminder Robert Parker made three stops in front of a stellar defense for Berkeley.

The Knights will look to record their first victory of the season on Tuesday afternoon, as the team plays its home opener against Penn State Hazleton. The match will be played at Ramapo College, and will begin at 3:30pm.
