The Berkeley College women's soccer team dropped their home-opening match on Wednesday evening, falling to the Lions of King's College by a score of 10-0 in a Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest played at Aviator Field in Brooklyn, NY. The Lions capped their scoring with a pair of second-half tallies – one by Bilderbeck at 59:42 and another by Joanna Overmeyer at 64:33 – to grab a 10-0 advantage. King's College would eventually go on to win by that score.

Berkeley College will return to action on Saturday evening, as the Knights will take on the Panthers of Albany College of Pharmacy in a Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest. Start-time is scheduled for 8:00pm.
