Women's soccer team drops Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match to Panthers on Saturday afternoon

The Berkeley College women's soccer team played a Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference contest on Saturday, falling to the Panthers of Albany College of Pharmacy by a score of 13-0. With the loss, the Knights dropped to 0-4 on the 2016 campaign, while the Panthers improved their mark to 8-3.

Albany College of Pharmacy used 10 first-half goals to propel itself to a very convincing victory over the Knights. The scoring was highlighted by Katie Benson and Erin Tersegno, as both scored three goals apiece for the Panthers.

The Knights and Panthers will meet again on Saturday, October 22, as the teams will square off in the semifinal round of the 2016 Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference tournament. Start-time for that contest is scheduled for noon.
