The Berkeley College women's tennis team dropped a match on Tuesday evening, falling to the Warriors of Vaughn College by a score of 8-1 in a contest that took place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Vaughn College took a 2-1 lead after doubles play. The Warriors solidified victories at the No. 2 and No. 3 flights by default. The Knights did register a win at the No. 1 flight, as Berkeley College's combination of Ingebord Ruud and Hezou Tchendie defeated Vaughn's Angela Wright and Cheres Castaneda, 8-3.

When play switched over to singles, the Warriors won all six flights to account for the 9-0 victory. Wright outlasted Ruud 10-8 at No. 1 singles, and it was Casteneda silencing Tchendie, 10-0 at No. 2. No. 3 singles featured Davis turning back Lewis 10-2, and the Warriors won the No's 4, 5, and 6 flights by default.
