Bruno Ferreira was named Head Coach of the New Jersey men's soccer team in 2011, and has been in that aforementioned role for nine seasons.

In 2016, he led the Knights to their first-ever appearance in the USCAA National Men's Soccer Tournament. Three years later, in 2019, Ferreira led Berkeley College New Jersey to one of its strongest season's ever, as the Knights qualified for the USCAA Division II National Men's Soccer Tournament with a No. 3 seed (the highest seed the team has ever earned). At the tournament, Berkeley defeated National runner-up Johnson & Wales University-Charlotte by a score of 3-2 in overtime.

Since 2014, Ferreira has coached the Knights to four double-digit winning seasons. Berkeley won 11 matches in 2014, 10 apiece in 2016 and 2018, and 11 again in 2019.

In 2018, Ferreira produced the USCAA Division II Student-Athlete of the Year (goaltender Robert Parker). A year later, in 2019, two of his players earned First Team All-American honors, and another student-athlete was selected as a Second Team All-American. Four students also qualified as Academic All-Americans, and one player earned an All-American Honorable Mention.

Prior to coming to Berkeley College, Ferreira served as an assistant for the boys soccer program at North Arlington High School. There, he helped lead the Vikings to two second place finishes in conference play.

Mr. Ferreira graduated from New Jersey City University, where he also played collegiately. He has been in charge of BDP Soccer International scouting in North America for a premier European club since 2010 where he was able to land two International players in the transfer market.
